Pengantar umum
Resistensi frekuensi tinggi pengelasan spiral pipa sirip adalah jenis arus frekuensi tinggi yang diimpor ke bagian yang dilas.Dengan menggunakan panas resistansi yang dihasilkan oleh arus melalui permukaan kontak dari sendi las dan daerah yang berdekatan, permukaan kontak las dapat mencapai keadaan plastik peleburan atau semi-leleh, maka tekanan yang tepat diterapkan pada permukaan kontak las, untuk menyelesaikan pekerjaan las tabung berdaun.
Keuntungan menggunakan tabung berdaun:
1. area transfer panas ditingkatkan dalam ruang efektif untuk meningkatkan efek transfer panas.
2Mengurangi ruang hunian permukaan transfer panas dan mengurangi volume, terutama untuk boiler cepat-muat.
3Mengurangi biaya peralatan dan meningkatkan keselamatan peralatan.
4Karena penurunan penurunan tekanan sisi air, biaya operasi berkurang.
