Product Description
Proses pembangkitan uap boiler melibatkan tiga tahap utama: pemanasan awal air umpan, penguapan, dan pemanasan lanjut, masing-masing terjadi pada permukaan pemanas yang berbeda. Economizer boiler berfungsi sebagai tahap awal, memanaskan awal air umpan sebelum masuk ke sistem penguapan. Sebagai komponen bersuhu terendah dalam sirkuit air-uap boiler, ia menangani air monofasik dalam kondisi non-mendidih.
- Efisiensi Bahan Bakar: Diposisikan di bagian belakang boiler, economizer memulihkan panas limbah dari gas buang, mengurangi suhu buang dan meningkatkan efisiensi boiler secara keseluruhan sekaligus mengurangi konsumsi bahan bakar.
- Perlindungan Drum Uap: Air umpan yang dipanaskan awal mengurangi tekanan termal pada dinding drum uap dengan meminimalkan perbedaan suhu, sehingga memperpanjang masa pakai peralatan.
- Pengurangan Biaya: Dengan mengganti panel dinding air bersuhu tinggi dengan komponen economizer yang lebih ekonomis, biaya manufaktur boiler berkurang secara signifikan.
